Episode 1: Welcome to the Come Back to Care podcast!

This podcast is for social justice curious and conscious parents on a journey to align their daily parenting with social justice practices, promote intergenerational family healing, and unsubscribe from internalized oppression.

Episode Summary:

Welcome to the very first episode of the Come Back to Care podcast!

I’m your host, Nat Vikitsreth, a decolonized, licensed clinical psychotherapist, somatics and social justice practitioner, and founder of Come Back to Care. Through self-reflection, storytelling, and somatic community practice, I work with families as they transform from Autopilot to Bold, Conscious, and Decolonized (ABCD) family building.

Working with parents, caregivers, and young children is an absolute honor. I’m wholeheartedly excited to have you build this community of care with me!
